Why Grow Ignited Exists

Grow Ignited was created to address a common gap in business growth.

Grow Ignited was founded by Andy Shepherd, an experienced business owner, consultant, and leadership developer.
 
Andy has owned, operated, and sold multiple businesses and has worked alongside leadership teams across a wide range of industries. His experience includes business growth, acquisitions, executive leadership development, and financial strategy.

Andy is the creator of the TRI-SHIFT® Leadership model, a communication-based leadership framework built on real-world application. The model helps leaders understand how mindset, emotion, and personality influence communication and decision-making inside organizations.

His work is driven by a belief that strong leadership begins with self-awareness, accountability, and clear communication. Andy’s approach blends practical business insight with human-centered leadership development to help teams perform at a higher level without unnecessary complexity.
