From Hardship to Success
Andy Shepherd’s journey to founding Grow Ignited wasn’t linear—it was built through challenges, resilience, and a deep commitment to leadership. Raised in a hardworking family, he learned early that success is earned through discipline and perseverance.
As a young entrepreneur, Andy experienced firsthand the struggles of scaling businesses. He saw leaders with vision but misaligned teams, and businesses paralyzed by emotional decision-making. He knew there had to be a better way.
Determined to find solutions, Andy developed the TRI-SHIFT® Leadership model—a framework designed to help leaders navigate team dynamics, remove emotion from numbers, and focus on measurable success. Through Fired Up Forums, he built a space where business owners and executives could collaborate, share insights, and drive real change together.
Today, Andy is dedicated to helping businesses maximize their potential through leadership, communication, and values-driven strategies. His work is about transformation, action, and real results.
Outside of coaching, Andy enjoys time outdoors with his family and mentoring in youth ministries—always seeking ways to empower teams to thrive.
