All materials provided by Grow Ignited LLC, including but not limited to reports, plans, and training materials, are the intellectual property of Grow Ignited LLC and are intended for the exclusive use of the client as specified in the service agreement. 

7. Limitation of Liability

Grow Ignited LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for those services. 

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contracts. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination. 

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Grow Ignited LLC operates. 

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Grow Ignited LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
