The Tri-Shift Leadership model is based on the well-established “Ego Theory,” which suggests that we all have three “ego states” that we operate in daily life – The Adult, The Parent, and The Child.
These states significantly impact our communication and leadership, often affecting our relationships. As we “shift” between these three states, we find that some relationships flourish while some clash, making communication, in particular, difficult.
Our program identifies these states and explains how to move from one to the other in business leadership, positively affecting generational relationships that can often be challenging.
