Andy Shepherd – Founder, CEO, Coach

Andy Shepherd is an experienced professional who is dedicated to helping business leaders to think differently, develop effective processes and take action towards their goals. With years of experience in designing, selling and managing multi-million dollar projects and companies, Andy has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by small and medium-sized businesses as they strive to scale and grow. He is passionate about helping leaders and owners create effective processes for forecasting, strategy, and placing the right people in the right positions to achieve success.

In his personal life, Andy is a family man and is married with four children. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, fishing, hunting, and snowboarding.

Laura Heape – Director of Finance

Laura Heape likes to work with businesses who want organized and useful financial data that helps them make sound and profitable decisions.  She has been providing bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll services for a variety of firms for more than fifteen years, and she knows how important accurate numbers and good planning are for success.  Laura understands that business owners sometimes have messy or inaccurate books because they have been busy (running the business!) and put the financial tasks on the back burner for a while; she and her team offer to help set everything in order and help to make sense of the numbers. 

Laura and her husband have eight children, and when not doing laundry, she loves to take them hiking, swimming, or skiing.  

Tim Martin – Leadership Development Coach

Tim is a professional who is driven by people. He has over a decade of experience in leadership development. During this time, he has led teams of 150+ and implemented systems and processes to improve efficiency throughout organizations. Tim’s approach is people-first, and he believes that a business’s biggest asset is its people. With just a little vision and accountability, they can be capable of anything.

Tim’s number one priority is his family. He has a wife and a son at home, and he strives to be the example he didn’t have as a child. His hobbies include playing golf and trying out new places to eat.

Jack Bayliss – Director of Marketing

Jack Bayliss has over 20 years of experience in marketing, creative design, and sales. He is a creative and analytics-driven professional who has served as a Senior Designer, Art Director, Creative Director, as well as Sales and Marketing Director helping businesses generate upwards of $100 million in annual sales. Jack enjoys working with small to medium-sized businesses to help them better understand marketing and create efficient strategies that fit their unique needs and budgets.

Jack is a family man, married and the father of four. He enjoys art, playing music and attending concerts as well as working on his 1968 Buick Skylark.
